How to Use
For the very first time, wear the waist trainer for 1 to 2 hours to warm-up the product. It is recommended to wear cotton singlet underneath the waist trainer during training. It is suggested to wear the waist trainer for 4 to 6 hours a day, but not longer than 8 hours a day. Do NOT wear the waist trainer during sleep.
Care Instructions
Hand wash in cold water only. Dry in Shade.

For Waist Measurement, Please use measuring tape to measure two measurements.

1st measurement: Measure it when you at your relaxed form.

2nd measurement: measure it while you "hold" your breath. (Take measurement of what you'd like to achieve in the next 12 weeks)

Write both measurements down in both cm and inches.

Actually I was skeptical when I ordered this but it really works. I bought it mostly to relieve lower back pain and it brings instant relief. To my surprise it's also very comfortable to wear, and it is very thin and doesn't show under clothes. The item is very well made and should last a long time. If you are between sizes I would suggest ordering the smaller size, on the chart I was between sizes and I ordered the L, it fits very well. Review by Ricky (Posted on 18/08/2020)
