Thanks for Rachel in the specialist team who prepared a plan for me before I had my baby. I was all setup, ready to go when I gave birth. I start wearing this 48 hours after I gave birth to my baby girl. Love the result so far, my baby is 8 weeks now and I am already on other trainers.
