You can exchange your purchase if:

the size wasn't right, or
the product is faulty, or
it wasn't what you expected, or
you changed your mind.

How to proceed with exchange?

OPTION 1: In cases that you need to exchange your purchase URGENTLY, you can make a new purchase online for exchange item, then send back your original purchase for REFUND. Please state "replacement order" in the comment section when checkout online.

OPTION 2: Please return the article for store credit and then you can use the credit to order exchange item online. Store credit will be assigned to your account, if you made purchase without create account previously, please register a account before return the product. This exchange option may take between 5 to 7 working days to complete.

Please return your purchase in original condition within 30 days and you will be responsible for return postage. Once your return article is received and passed the quality control, you will be given a store credit (less $10 restocking fee per item), then you can shop online again with the credit issued.
Articles with smell of perfume, smoke, etc., are NOT returnable.

You can return your purchase for refund if:
