Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange your purchase if:

    • the size isn't right, or
    • the product is faulty, or
    • it wasn't what you expected, or
    • you changed your mind.



How to proceed with exchange?


OPTION 1 [FASTEST]: In cases that you need to exchange your purchase URGENTLY, you can make a new purchase online for an exchange item, then send back your original purchase for REFUND. Please state "replacement order" in the comment section when checkout online.This is NO fees for the refund in this case.




OPTION 2: If you only want to exchange the size or colour for the same item, then you can leave a message on the invoice to let the warehouse know the size or color for your exchange. Then, post the invoice back with the product for exchange. We will ship the required size/color back to you accordingly. There is NOTHING you need to do on a computer. Normally it takes 2 to 3 business days to ship the exchange item back to you after we receive your return.




OPTION 3: If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item or haven't decided what to exchange to, then you can simply post the item back for store credit and then you can use the credit to order exchange items online. Store credit will be assigned to your account, if you made purchase without create an account (eg. checkout as guest) previously, please register an account before returning the product. This exchange option may take between 5 to 7 working days to complete.

 


 

Requirements:

  • All exchanges MUST be made within 30 days after delivery.
  • Please ensure all return articles are in original unworn condition with tags and packaging. Articles with smell of perfume, detergent, smoke, etc., are NOT acceptable. Articles with dirts, markup stains, animal hair, etc are NOT acceptable.
  • Please keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel at all times. We will not able to process or locate your return without a valid tracking number.

COVID-19 Impact:

  • All return/exchange articles are subjected to 10-day quarantine process in an isolated area within our warehouse facility. This will cost delays on processing of your return & exchange.
  • If you need to exchange your purchase urgently, please refer to exchange process OPTION 1 for more information.
  • Please keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel at all times. We will not able to process or locate your return without a valid tracking number.

 

You can return your purchase for refund if:

    • you changed your mind. ($10 or 10% per item restocking fee(whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund value.)



If the order was paid (or partially paid) with store credit or gift voucher, the store credit or gift voucher cannot be converted or refunded as cash or money to the card. The store credit and gift voucher will be reinstated to your account with our website. You can transfer your store credit to a friend or family.


Please note that for AfterPay & zipPay refunds and cancellations, there will be an extra 7% fee of the total order value due to the associated merchant fees which will be deducted from the refund.

Please send back your purchase in original condition within 30 days and you will be responsible for return postage.
Articles with smell of perfume, detergent, smoke, etc., are NOT acceptable. Articles with dirts, markup stains, animal hairs, etc are NOT acceptable
And, for hygienic reasons, articles such as undergarments, socks,stockings and tights are NOT returnable.
Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

For order cancellations, if your order hasn't left our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order and refund you according to our policy.


For all exchange/return requests, you MUST retain a valid tracking number of your return parcel for future references. We cannot process your request without a valid approve of the return. Customers are responsible for all return postage. There is NO exchange on complimentary items. Complimentary item MUST be returned in original unworn condition if the associated order is returned for refund.

How to Use Store Credit

You MUST have an account with our website to be able to receive and use store credit. To sign up an account, please click here.

To use your credit, it is very simple. All you need to do is to sign-in to your account and then checkout as normal. When you come to the payment method, please tick "internal credit" to use your credit. If you have trouble to pass this section, you can click on "reset" button on the corner to try again(please refer to the screenshot below). However, if you cannot find "internal credit" option, which means your credit is not ready or you don't have any credit. Should you have any questions, please send us an email or give us a call.
