Have an important date on this Saturday and It’s already Monday?

No worries, here is a plan for you to lose 4 inches in your waist in 3 days.

Place your order before 3pm on Monday so you will receive your gears on Tuesday, start wearing it as soon as you receive your gears.

Shopping List is as below:


Workout Checklist:

  • Sit-ups (without any waist Trainer) - 30 a set. as many set as you can everyday.
  • Run for 2 minutes and rest for 1 minute and run for 2 minutes again and rest for 1 minute. Repeat this as many times as you can everyday.
  • Wear ITEM #1 for 6 hours a day, then go into ITEM #2 for another 6 hours. The rest of the hours, wear ITEM#3 when you awake.
  • You don’t require to wear it to sleep. But if you wish to wear something to ensure best result, wear ITEM #3.



  • Green Veges + Apple + 200gm of white meat (chicken or fish)
  • No soft drinks, no sweats , lollies, coffee or desserts.

On Friday, you should be able to wear ITEM #2 and slimmer your waist to 4 inches smaller.

You should lose at least 1-2 inches around your waist in 3 days. =)
