How to Return
This procedure applies to customers who want to exchange their purchases for different size/style, or return for refund.
1. The article you are going to return MUST be unused, unworn, no smell of perfume etc., no damages caused by mishandling.
2. You MUST return your purchase within 30 days after the purchase is made.
To post the article back to our return department, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Pack everything in a parcel bag, including products, accessories(if any), invoice and packaging bags.
Step 2. Take the parcel bag to your nearest post office and send it back to our return address. The return address is provided on the bottom of the invoice which was included in our original parcel bag. If you can't find it or lost it, you can always reprint it from your email or contact live support.
Step 3. You MUST keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel, we are not responsible for any damages or loss during the transit.
How Do We Process Your Returns:
General speaking, all returns will be processed within 2 to 4 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. We will inform you via email once the process is completed. If you don't have a account setup with our website or you checkout as guest previously, please sign-up before return your article.
Return for Exchange Size or Style: In case of return for exchange sizes or styles, you will be given back store credit in FULL for the article you returned. Store credit will be assign to your account with our website. We will inform you via email when the store credit is ready to use. Then you can login to your account and use the store credit to order exchange size or styles online. To use the store credit, simply tick the box "internal credit" in payment methods during checkout. You MUST have a account with our website to use the store credit.
Return for Refund: In case of return for refund, we will inform you via email when the refund is issued. A refund processing and restocking fee of $10 per order will be deducted from your refund and any international shipping fees are not refundable (if applicable).
